At PRO TECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged if defective.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders), after inspection.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product is unused and in its original box with all accessories and manuals.

  • Seals and IMEI/serial numbers are intact (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened electronics, including earbuds, headsets, or any personal use items, unless defective on arrival.

  • Items damaged by misuse or liquid damage after delivery.

  • Return requests made after 3 days of delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours with photos or videos of the damage.

  • We will verify and either replace or refund the item.

  • If the item is defective, we cover the return shipping.

  • If the item is not defective, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@mrprotech.com or WhatsApp us at 03154109025 with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Wait for approval of the return.

  • Once approved, package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

  • Share the tracking number with us to track your return.

  • Please note, do not send items back to the manufacturer directly.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved or rejected.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time for refunds is 3–7 business days after the returned item is received.

  • If you don’t see your refund in your account within the expected time, check with your bank.

Exchanges

  • We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.

  • For exchanges, please contact us before sending the item back.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer pays for return shipping if they change their mind or order the wrong product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
